The Zona Plus provides with guided isometric exercise routines which are uniquely calibrated for each user, for each session. Using biofeedback gathered from your personal, daily maximum voluntary contraction, the Zona Plus uses data from your own body to optimize performance.

Directions:

Step 1
Upon receiving your Zona, be sure to charge it fully before use. After making yourself comfortable, hold the Zona Plus device loosely in your right hand, then press the green on/off button.

Step 2
When prompted, squeeze the device firmly until “STOP” displays. Wait five (5) seconds and repeat with your left hand.

Step 3
Placing the device back in your right hand, squeeze until it reads “HOLD” on the display. Audio and visual cues will help you maintain optimal range. The device will alert you after two (2) minutes. Rest for one (1) minute. Move the device to your left hand and follow the same instructions, keeping your grip within the “HOLD” range. Rest for another minute.

Step 4
Now, repeat one more with your right hand (2 minutes). Rest one minute. Then repeat with your left hand (2 more minutes). At the end of the therapy, a score is displayed. 80 or above indicates a successful therapy session.
