Folate (calcium L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate) 800mcg.

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Cellulose, stearic acid (veg) and silicon dioxide.

Directions:

Adults: Take 1 tablet daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Cautions:

Keep out of reach of children. Folate supplements may mask a vitamin B12 deficiency. Consult a healthcare practitioner if you are uncertain whether or not you are taking adequate vitamin B12. Do not use if perma seal is missing.
