Zinc (zinc bisglycinate, zinc arginate) 20 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, stearic acid (veg.), silicon dioxide, and magnesium stearate (veg.).

Adults take one tablet one to two times daily with food or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

If pregnant or breast-feeding, or taking tetracyclines, consult your healthcare practitioner before use. Zinc supplementation can cause copper deficiency; if you are uncertain whether you are receiving adequate copper, consult your healthcare practitioner. For adult use only.
