Blessed Thistle has traditionally been used in European tonics for digestion (especially to increase appetite) and for feminine health (not only for menopause or menstrual cramping, but also to stimulate blood flow to the mammary glands and to increase the flow of milk when breastfeeding).
It's also in herbal medicine as part of liver cleanse or tonic, again, often in combination with other herbs
Contra-Indications: Do not use if you have hypersensitivity to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae (daisy) family. Do not use if you are pregnant.
