Refills and New Prescriptions during COVID-19

Please DO NOT leave your home if you feel ill or exhibit any symptoms of  COVID-19 such as cough, sore throat, fever or shortness of breath.  Instead, please immediately call 8-1-1 or call your doctor's office.  If symptoms are severe, call 9-1-1.

If you need a prescription refill or a new prescription filled, we can help!

  • New prescriptions: Avoid the extra trip to drop off your new prescription and ask your doctor to fax or phone it to us. We will call you when we receive it. 

  • Regular refills: If you still have refills left on your prescription but have run out of supply, call us directly or download our app to request your refill. You can also visit purepharmacyrefills.com

  • Refills without a doctor visit: Call us. In some situations, we may be able to extend your medication and let your doctor know. Some restrictions do apply. You might also want to consider an online medical consultation with a doctor. Find out how to visit a doctor online.

  • Delivery and pick up options: Pure Pharmacy can arrange to deliver your prescription if required. Please call your nearest Pure location to arrange for a delivery or to have someone pick up a prescription for you.
