Just sign up for an account at the portal of your choice and you can get medical help, even after hours.
Describe your symptoms, talk to a doctor and get a diagnosis or prescription (if necessary and only as reviewed and determined by the doctor directly).

Keep in mind, this is a consultation with a licensed medical doctor in Canada. Sign up for services will necessarily require your MSP number and other personal information.
