Take one capsule three times daily with food, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner.
Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have gastrointestinal lesions/ulcers or diabetes. Headaches, heartburn, bloating and hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) have been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use.
