An iconic Australian tree, Eucalyptus -Blue Gum also grows in Europe, Africa and America. It can reach anywhere from 30 to 55 meters in height. The essential oil of Eucalyptus – Blue Gum is known to reduce respiratory distress and is particularly helpful when diffused as winter approaches as it can facilitate breathing.

Ingredients:

100% pure & natural essential oil of blue gum eucalyptus, eucalyptus globulus.

Directions:

Inhalation: Add 4 to 12 drops to a bowl of steaming hot water/facial steamer. Inhale slowly for 5-10 minutes once a day.

Cautions:

For external and occasional use only. Do not take orally. Do not use essential oils undiluted. Keep out of reach of children. If accidental ingestion occurs, seek urgent medical attention or contact a poison control center. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; if this happens, rinse thoroughly with vegetable oil. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. If you have epilepsy or asthma, consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use. May cause allergic reaction (e.g. Skin rashes, irritation, dermatitis, irritation of the respiratory tract); in which case, discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner. If nausea, dizziness, headache or allergic reactions occur, discontinue use. Do not use on inflamed skin or if suffering from dermatitis. Avoid exposing the treated area to sunlight for 24h to 48h after application. Consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms worsen or persist.
