Ingredients:

Inositol 500mg,
GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid) 100mg,
passionflower (passiflora incarnata) aerial parts extract (6:1, 600mg dried equivalent) 100mg and l-glycine 50mg.

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Hypromellose (capsule), cellulose, magnesium stearate and silica.

Directions:

Adults: Take 1 capsule before dinner or at bedtime, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 12 weeks.

Cautions:

Consult your healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking anti-anxiety or blood pressure medication, or have epilepsy. Consult your healthcare practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks or if symptoms persist or worsen.
