Take one serrated strip, containing one tablet and three capsules, daily with a meal or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Take at least two to three hours before or after taking antibiotics
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding; or if you have stomach or duodenal ulcers, an immune-compromised condition or hypersensitivity to cinnamon or Peru balsam, do not use. If symptoms of digestive upset occur, worsen or persist beyond three days, discontinue use and consult your healthcare practitioner.
If you have diabetes; if you are taking blood thinners or protease inhibitors; or if you are experiencing nausea, fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhoea or severe abdominal pain, consult your healthcare practitioner prior to use.
