vitamin E (d-alpha tocopheryl succinate) 200IU
selenium (selenomethionine) 200mcg.

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Cellulose, dibasic calcium phosphate dihydrate, magnesium stearate, silica, croscarmellose sodium, hypromellose and glycerin.

Directions:

Adults: Take one tablet daily with a meal or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
