Valerian Complex contains Valerian, Passion Flower and Ziziphus jujuba var.spinosa. This combination of herbs contains many compounds including iridoids (known as valepotriates), an essential oil, cyclopentane sesquiterpenes (including valerenic acid), flavonoids and dammarane-type saponins called jujubosides.

Ingredients:
Calcium 60mg, valerian root & rhizome 5:1 extract from valeriana officinalis root & rhizome 700mg 140mg,
passion flower herb 5:1 extract from passiflora incarnata herb 500mg 100mg
jujube seed 10:1 extract from ziziphus jujuba var. spinosa seed 900mg 90mg.
Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Calcium phosphate, cellulose, sodium starch glycollate, magnesium stearate, maltodextrin, hypromellose and silica.
Directions:
Take 1 tablet 2 - 4 times daily, or as directed.
