Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Fructose, olive oil, cocoa powder, natural chocolate flavour, rice syrup solids, natural vanilla flavour, guar gum, silicon dioxide, and rosemary extract.

Directions:

Adults blend, shake, or briskly stir 2 level scoops (51 grams) of UltraMeal® Rice with 237 mL (8 fl. oz.) of chilled water daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.

Cautions:

Do not use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, using potassium-containing supplements or with potassium containing salt-substitutes. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use and if you are following a low protein diet. Ensure to drink enough fluids before, during, and after exercise. Folate supplementation can mask a vitamin B12 deficiency.
