Directions:

Step 1:
Unscrew the cap on RestoraLAX® and fill it to the top of the white section, where it reads 17g.

Step 2:
Mix into anything from water to your favourite smoothie. Stir into 250 ml (8 ounces) of any hot or cold liquid until completely dissolved.

Step 3: 
Drink—there’s no taste or grit with RestoraLAX®.
