Directions:

Adults and Children 12 yrs and over: Use a tablespoon (tbsp) or dose cup. 2 tbsp (30 mL) at bedtime. If your cold keeps you confined to a bed or at home you can take it every 6 hours. Do not exceed 4 doses in 24 hours. Children under 12 years, do not use.
