Each convenient capsule also includes vitamin B₁₂ in unique blend of adenosylcobalamin and hydroxycobalamin. In addition, this formula offers vitamins A, C, D, E and K in highly bioavailable forms. Vitamin A helps to maintain immune function, and supports retinal health in combination with lutein and zeaxanthin. Vitamin D helps in the process of normal cell division and is provided alongside vitamin K to support healthy bones.
