Recommended Use or Purpose (Adults):
A factor in the maintenance of good health. Helps to form red blood cells. Helps to reduce the risk of neural tube defects when taken daily prior to becoming pregnant and during early pregnancy.
Recommended Dose:
Take 1 capsule daily or as recommended by a health-care practitioner. Supplement this product with 2.4 mcg/day of Vitamin B12.
