Recommended Use or Purpose (Adults):
Helps in energy metabolism and in tissue formation. Helps in the development and maintenance of bones, cartilage, teeth and gums. Helps to maintain the body’s ability to metabolize nutrients. Antioxidant for the maintenance of good health. Multi-vitamin and mineral supplement. Supports normal growth and development.
Recommended Dose (Adults):
Take 2 capsules three times daily or as recommended by a health-care practitioner. Take with food. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
