Orders for all permastocked items including Feel Amazing, Ferapro, and Bob's Formulas ship the following business day after the order is placed.

All other orders (including pickup orders) may be subject to processing times of up to 10 business days unless otherwise stated.

The website only reflects product availability for the Online store. If you would like to check if a product is available in your local Pure Integrative Pharmacy, please contact them directly.

Please wait for the last email before calling the pickup location to ask about your order, so our couriers have time to deliver it.

Pickup orders are all fulfilled from Pure's Online department, located in Downtown Vancouver. We put the order together and ship it out to the stores via our local store-to-store courier service, Canada Post, or Fedex depending on the region.

1. First email is confirmation that we have received your order
2. Second email is when we pack up your order
3. Last email is to let you know when to come pick up your order

If you can't pick your order up right right away, that's okay! We hold onto your order for up to 30 days. Store staff will call or email you with a reminder after a week has passed. After 30 days, the box is sent back to our Online warehouse and the purchase is refunded.

No cancellations will be accepted after an order has been given to our couriers.
