This service can be especially helpful for those who do not have a family doctor or who prefer to manage their health concerns with the help of a Pharmacist.

Following a thorough assessment by one of our pharmacists, they will determine the appropriate course of action which may include writing a prescription on the spot, recommending an off-the-shelf solution, or referring you to a doctor or urgent care clinic.

Have your BC services card handy. Wear appropriate clothing if required for the pharmacist to perform a thorough assessment. Come ready with questions, concerns, and any relevant information that could be helpful for your assessment.

Pharmacists can renew certain prescription refills, change medication for easier administration, provide smoking cessation services, administer vaccines, and help manage medical conditions such as diabetes, asthma, and high blood pressure.
