Matthew Magowan studied pharmacy at the University of Manchester in the UK, and worked as a staff pharmacist for Boots from 2015 until the end of 2021. He then made the decision to move back to Vancouver and re-licensed as a pharmacist in BC.

At Pure, Matthew worked as a pharmacy assistant while he was finishing his licensing, then as a floater pharmacist until he was offered the manager position at Pure #5 Broadway August 2023.

After several years working as pharmacy manager, Matthew Magowan will now be taking over the role as pharmacy operations manager, and is excited for the opportunity to grow our business and our pharmacy teams!
