All orders require 1-2 business days of processing time to be picked, packed and prepared for shipping, unless otherwise noted on the product page of the item(s) you’ve ordered, or communicated via e-mail. The same processing time applies to store pickup orders.
Purepharmacy.com provides two shipping options – Expedited Shipping & Express Shipping. Please note that whether you choose Expedited shipping or Express Shipping, your order will be subject to 1-2 business days of processing time before it ships, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Orders may qualify for additional shipping charges depending on the size and bulk of the order. Customers will always be contacted before any such charge is added.
Our standard Expedited Shipping is free in Canada (excluding remote locations) when your order value is over $50. US orders over $100 qualify for free regular shipping. Expedited Shipping will deliver your package using standard shipping methods and a tracking number will be provided. Items should arrive at your door anywhere between 2 to 9 business days (excluding remote locations). Orders below $50 (and $100 for the U.S.) are subject to a standard shipping fee.
Express Shipping is a premium service available to orders shipping in Canada and the United states (excluding remote locations) that is provided by our shipping partners. After leaving Pure Pharmacy, our shipping partners will prioritize your package and work to deliver it as quickly as possible. Priority Shipping will delivery your package and a tracking number will be provided.
Orders may qualify for additional shipping charges depending on the size and bulk of the order. Customers will always be contacted before any such charge is added. We are currently unable to accept returns from these select locations. If you have a problem with your order, please respond to any of your order update emails or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
There is a cancellation fee of 10% of the subtotal of the order or a $10 minimum for orders with a subtotal less than $100. No cancellations will be accepted after an order has been shipped.
Please note that we are not the manufacturers of the products we sell. If you have a questions regarding the product or have any other product related concerns, please contact the manufacturer at the phone number on the packaging. If you would like to make a return request, please email email@example.com with your order number (as quoted in the subject line of your “Order Confirmation”). All returns must be sent prepaid within 30 days of the date received, and be accompanied by a return authorization code. No collect shipments will be accepted. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We do not accept returns on opened merchandise.
Certain items, such as probiotics, perishable items, cosmetics, intimate or sanitary goods, personal care items, gift cards or clearance items are not eligible for return.
Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
