Ingredients:
Genuine Zechstein magnesium chloride flakes (ancient minerals magnesium bath flakes are approximately 47% magnesium and chlorides by weight with naturally occurring crystalline water and trace minerals) naturally-occurring trace minerals.Directions:
For therapeutic use, dissolve 1 to 3 cups of magnesium flakes (or more) in full tub bath or foot bath and soak for 30 minutes or more. Following the bath, rinse skin with cool running water, then pat skin dry with a towel and apply a natural moisturizer.Cautions:
Temperature of the water should be 101°F to 103°F (not hot). Hot bath water causes the skin to eliminate rather than absorb.Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Avoid taking in case of known allergy to any of the ingredients in the product. If symptoms persist or worsen, consult a healthcare practitioner. Do not use if safety seal is broken.
