inositol 100mg.
Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable stearate and silicon dioxide.
Directions:
Adults: Take 2 capsules per day with meals, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. For use beyond 4 weeks, consult a healthcare practitioner.
Cautions:
Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, following a low protein diet, have liver or kidney disease, taking medications for diabetes, high blood pressure, or seizures. If you have a pre-existing seizure disorder, consult a healthcare practitioner. Do not use if you are taking health products that affect blood coagulation as these may increase the risk of spontaneous bleeding. Do not use if you have primary systemic L-carnitine deficiency or secondary L-carnitine deficiency (inborn errors of metabolism) for which supplementation is prescribed/monitored by a healthcare practitioner.
May cause heartburn, insomnia, nausea, headache, constipation and nervousness in some individuals. Feelings of sleeplessness or overstimulation may occur. Discontinue use if feelings persist or worsen. Mild gastrointestinal symptoms have been reported. Low incidences of seizures have been reported with oral doses in individuals with or without pre-existing seizure disorders. Anxiety, dizziness, and/or skin rashes have been known to occur, in which case, discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner.Do not use if safety seal is broken.
