Designs For Health, DIM-Evail provides 100mg per soft gel of diindolylmethane (DIM), a compound that helps to support healthy estrogen metabolism. Due to its crystalline structure, absorption of DIM is minimal when given orally. Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Medium-chain triglycerides (coconut oil), mixed tocopherols, yellow beeswax, canola lecithin oil; gelatin, glycerine, purified water and annatto (soft gel ingredients).

Directions:

As a dietary supplement, take 1 soft gel per day with a meal, or directed by a healthcare practitioner.
