Contains No dairy, egg, preservatives, salt, sucrose, soy, wheat, yeast, nuts, corn, gluten, casein, potato, rice, artificial colours, flavours or fillers.

Take 1 capsule at the beginning of each meal that contains dairy. More may be taken as needed. For meals containing little to no dairy, Digest or Digest Gold is recommended to support proper digestion and assimilation.
