HMB contains N-acetylcysteine, which, when taken in doses of 500 mg three times per day, can be very helpful for the elimination of heavy metals from your body, as it reduces malondialdehyde (MDA), a marker of lipid peroxidation.
Adults: Take 1 capsule one to three times daily with meals providing protein or as directed by your health-care practitioner.
