Ingredients:
Calcium (calcium citrate) 500mg,
magnesium (magnesium citrate) 200mg
vitamin D (vitamin D3) equivalent to 500IU of vitamin D (cholecalciferol) activity 12.5mcg.
Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Purified water, glycerin (vegetable), xanthan gum, potassium sorbate, sodium propionate, calcium propionate, vitamin E, rosemary extract and natural blueberry flavour.
Directions:
Adults: Take 1-2 tablespoons daily or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Children 4 - 8 years old: Take one half (1/2) tablespoon daily; 9
