Iodine (potassium iodide, kelp [whole]): 75 mcg

Directions:

Mix ½ tsp to 1 tsp (2.5 mL to 5 mL) daily with water or other beverages (e.g., milk, soya, tea, coffee, juice, etc.) or use as directed by a health care practitioner.
