PreTrain NRG powder is a specific pre-workout formula providing safe, beneficial nutrients to help support focus, power, and mental energy in athletes. There is no question that intense, prolonged training puts a significant stress on the central nervous system; thus, providing nutrients which optimize brain function may be highly beneficial to the performance of an athlete. PreTrain NRG features tyrosine, acetyl L-carnitine and caffeine to help with focus and energy, while creatine is included to support strength. Adenosine-5’-triphosphate (as Peak ATP) is an important compound in this formula, as it helps to support strength, power, and recovery as well as reduce fatigue resulting from exercising/weight training.

Ingredients:

Each serving (2 teaspoons)contains:
Medicinal Ingredients:
Acetylcarnitine, creatine, n-acetyl-l-tyrosine, adenosine triphosphate disodium, l-theanine, magnesium and caffeine.

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Natural flavour, citric acid and stevia leaf.

Directions:

Adults: Mix 2 teaspoons in 8oz of water and consume 30-45 minutes before a workout or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Cautions:

Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you have liver disease, kidney disease or a seizure disorder, if you are taking lithium, if you have high blood pressure, glaucoma or detrusor instability. Consumption with natural health products (e.g. bitter orange extract, synephrine, octopamine, ephedra) or other drugs (e.g. ephedrine) which increase blood pressure is not recommended. Consumption with other caffeine-containing products (e.g. medications, coffee, tea, colas, cocoa, guarana, mate) is not recommended. 

This product is not intended as a substitute for sleep. May result in weight gain. For use beyond 4 weeks, consult a healthcare practitioner. May cause digestive problems. Hypersensitivity and allergy is known to occur, in which case, discontinue use.
