Calcium (bovine bone meal/dibasic calcium phosphate dihydrate/calcium carbonate) -150 mg
Phosphorus (dibasic calcium phosphate dihydrate/bovine bone meal) . 75 mg
Magnesium (magnesium aspartate/oxide) - 75 mg
Manganese (manganese citrate) - 5 mg
Molybdenum (molybdenum Krebs complex) - 15 mcg
Vanadium (vanadyl sulfate) - 25 mcg

Take one capsule daily with a meal, a few hours before or after taking other medications, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner
