Ingredients:

Chinese Skullcap (Scutellaria baicalensis L.) 12:1 root extract equivalent to 2.4 g of chinese skullcap 200 mg
Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) 5.5:1 aerial parts extract equivalent to 550 mg of passionflower 100 mg
Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis) 5:1 leaf extract equivalent to 375 mg of lemon balm 75 mg
Magnesium (magnesium citrate) 70 mg
Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) 6:1 root extract equivalent to 300 mg of valerian 50 mg
Calcium (calcium lactate) 35 mg
Hops (Humulus lupulus L.) 7.5:1 strobilus extract equivalent to 187.5 mg of hops 25 mg
Melatonin 1.5 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, stearic acid (veg), silicon dioxide, and coating (hypromellose, hydroxypropylcellulose, and medium-chain triglycerides).

Directions:

Adults: Take 1-2 tablets at or before bedtime or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.

Cautions:

Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin. Consult your healthcare practitioner before use if you are taking any medications or are being treated for any diseases or health conditions. If symptoms persist or worsen consult a healthcare practitioner.

Consult a healthcare practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks. Consumption with alcohol or health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness. Rare allergic reactions and mild gastrointestinal symptoms have been known to occur in which case, discontinue use. Do not use if perma seal is missing.
