Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 45 mg
South African Geranium (Pelargonium sidoides, root).... 20 mg (9:1, 180 mg) Zinc (zinc citrate, dihydrate) 3.75 mg

Non-medicinal ingredients: Organic tapioca syrup, evaporated cane juice, pectin, sucrose, citric acid, trisodium citrate dihydrate, natural raspberry flavour, flavour, water, coconut oil, beeswax.

Directions:

Children 3–9, chew 1 gummy per day. Children 10–13, chew 2 gummies per day. Adults and adolescents 14 and older chew 2 gummies, 2 times per day.
