Ingredients:

Zinc (zinc citrate, dihydrate) 11 mg

Non-medicinal ingredients: Tapioca syrup, cane sugar, pectin, citric acid, trisodium citrate dihydrate, mixed berry flavour, flavour, purified water, carrot juice concentrate, blackcurrant juice concentrate, beeswax, coconut oil.

Directions:

Children 4 years and older chew 1 gummy daily. Adults and adolescents 9 years and older chew 1–2 gummies daily. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
