Dimenhydrinate 100 mg (For immediate release 25 mg. For sustained release 75 mg), Butylated Hydroxytoluene, Calcium Carbonate, Calcium Phosphate Dibasic, Fumed Silica, Hypromellose, Hydroxypropyl Cellulose, Magnesium Stearate, Microcrystalline Cellulose. Polythylene Glycol, Polyethylene Oxide, Pregelatinized Starch, Red 40 Aluminum Lake, Sodium Chloride.
Adults and children 12 years and over: Take 1 caplet every 8 to 12 hours as needed. Take product at least 30 minutes, and preferably 1 or 2 hours before travelling. Do not take more than 3 caplets in 24 hours.
Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you have glaucoma , chronic lung disease, difficulty urinating. Take antihistamines tranquilizers, sedatives, are pregnant or breastfeeding. When using this product drowsiness may occur. Do not drive or engage in activities requiring alertness. Excitability may occur, especially in children. Avoid alcoholic drinks. Prolonged use should be only on the
advice of a doctor
