Eric completed his Bachelor of Pharmacy at the University of Toronto in 2014 and began his career as a pharmacist in Victoria, British Columbia. He is deeply passionate about building connections with his patients and the community, providing optimal care through medication management, and utilizing the full expanded scope of pharmacist practice.

Eager to expand his knowledge of the business and operations side of retail pharmacy, Eric took on the role of Pharmacy Manager shortly after starting his career. Over the next few years, he managed several locations, honing his leadership skills. In 2018, Eric transitioned into a Pharmacy District Leadership role, aiming to deliver consistent, high-quality patient care across multiple units in different communities.

As pharmacy practice and patient expectations evolved, Eric recognized that optimal patient care now involves more than traditional medication therapy. He saw a growing need for integrative care, where conventional medicine is complemented with natural alternatives. He also observed the increasing importance of compounding in personalized patient care, a trend that he believes will continue to grow in the near future.

In his current role as Director of Pharmacy Operations at Pure Integrative Pharmacy, Eric is excited to lead, support and empower a dedicated team of pharmacists and staff. Together with experienced Natural Health Advisors, they are committed to being the hub of integrated health for their patients and communities.

Outside of work, Eric enjoys spending time with his family and traveling the world. A passionate sports enthusiast, he is an avid basketball and hockey fan and enjoys playing team sports for the thrill of collaboration and achieving shared goals. More recently, Eric has taken up golf, finding both self challenge and calm in perfecting his swing.
