Petra was born and raised in Germany and is a licensed pharmacist in Germany and Canada.

Her training in pharmaceutical technology/compounding, medicinal herbs, and traditional treatments like homeopathy and Bachflower remedies made her feel right at home at Pure Pharmacy.

Since working at Pure Pharmacy, Petra developed a focus on Women's Health, Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy, Autoimmune Conditions and Athlete's Health. She regularly consults on patient cases and participates in talks and events. Empowering patients, teaching them, and providing them with the tools they need for an optimal health outcome to enjoy life to the fullest is her main motivation.

In 2022, Petra joined the Pure Pharmacy Head Office Team as the Specialty Pharmacy Services Manager. In this role, she is using her over 20 year experience to mentor and coach our pharmacy staff and other health care practitioners when it comes to their clinical information and compounding needs.

Outside of work, Petra is an avid endurance runner. If you don't see her out on the trails with her dog, she is coaching and consulting other Ultra Endurance Athletes or spending time with her family.
