I have been a customer of Pure for a number of years now and have always been impressed with the high level of service and knowledge the team provides. However, there are a number of individuals that stand out for me and I wanted to let you know that Robin from Edgemont Village Pharmacy has gone above and beyond so many times for myself and my daughters that I have lost count. She is an exceptional pharmacist and I am very grateful for all of her help. The other individuals that stand out in terms of their knowledge and customer service are Heidi and Miriam. Of course, Kyle on the natural health side is always fantastic to deal with. So to you and your team and everyone behind the scenes who makes your company function with such integrity and authentic customer service I am very grateful.
