Maca extract (root, 4:1) 250mg, milk thistle extract 80% silymarin 116.7mg, gamma oryzanol (rice bran) 100mg, rhodiola extract 3% rosavins 80mg, ginkgo biloba extract 24% flavoglycosides,6% terpene lactones 53.3mg, sage (salvia officinalis) leaf 53.3mg, black cohosh (actaea racemosa) root 40mg and chasteberry extract (vitex agnus castus) 4:1 40mg.

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Vegetable-grade magnesium stearate and vegetable capsule.

Adult women: Take 1 capsule 3 times per day, a few hours before or after taking other medications. Do not take immediately before going to bed.

Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond six weeks. Periodic intervals of abstinence (2-week breaks before continuing) are recommended for long-term use.

Contraindicated in pregnant and breastfeeding women. Caution advised with medical conditions including high blood pressure, clotting, liver disorders or symptoms of liver trouble such as abdominal pain, dark urine and jaundice. Also bipolar spectrum disorders or any psychological disorder such as frequent anxiety or depression.

Contraindicated with health products that affect blood coagulation such as blood thinners, fish oils, acetylsalicylic acid and vitamin E. Caution advised when used concurrently with antidepressants, medications for diabetes, high blood pressure or seizures, or hormone medications such as progesterone preparations, oral contraceptives and hormone replacement therapy. User should discontinue use if hypersensitivity to milk thistle occurs.
