Medical Ingredients per capsule (50 billion): Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis (UABla-12*)(12.8 billion cfu), Lactobacillus plantarum (UALp-05*)(8.6 billion cfu), Lactobacillus acidophilus (DDS-1)(5.7 billion cfu), Lactobacillus casei (UALc-03*)(3.5 billion cfu), Bifidobacterium breve (UABbr-11*)(3.5 billion cfu), Lactobacillus paracasei (UALpc-04*)(3 billion cfu), Lactobacillus rhamnosus (GG)(3 billion cfu), Lactobaccillus salivarius (UALs-07*)(2.9 billion cfu), Bifidobacterium bifidum (UABb-10*)(1 billion cfu), Bifidobacterium longum subsp. longum (UABI-14*)(1 billion)

Non-Medical Ingredients: Micocrystalline cellulose, Delayed Release CApsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, gellan gum), magnesium sterate (vegetable source), silica.

Directions:

Children 6-12 years, Adolescents 13-17 years, and Adults > 18 years: Take 1 capsule per day with a meal or as directed by your health care practitioner. If you are on antibiotics, take at least 2-3 hours before or after.
