Ingredients:

Iodine (as potassium iodide/kelp) 150mcg, alfalfa (Medicago sativa) leaf 19.2mcg and dulse (palmaria palmata) Fronds 19.2mcg.

Directions:

Adults: Take 3 drops once daily with a meal or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Adolescents 12 - 18 years old: Take two drops once daily with a meal or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
