Pancreatin is a combination of digestive enzymes (proteins) called proteolytic enzymes; these enzymes are normally produced by the pancreas and are important in the digestion of fats, proteins, and sugars.
Pancreatin is used to replace digestive enzymes when the pancreas does not produce enough on its own. Other Ingredients: Corn starch (non‑GMO) in a non‑GMO vegetable capsule composed of carbohydrate gum, purified water, and aqueous coating solution.

Directions:

Take 1 capsule two to four times daily with food or as directed by your health-care practitioner. Take with or immediately before a meal/food. Swallow whole; do not crush or chew.
