Medicinal Ingredients:
Psyllium (plantago ovata) husks 2128mg, clove (syzygium aromaticum) flower buds 53mg, licorice (glycyrrhiza glabra) roots 53mg, inulin 100mg and hibiscus sabdariffa 126mg.

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Stevia rebaudiana leaf.

Adults: Take 1 teaspoon twice daily. For each gram of psyllium, take with 30 ml of liquid (water, milk, fruit juice, or similar aqueous beverage). Drink immediately and maintain adequate fluid intake. Effects observed 12-24 hours after the first dose; results may take 2-3 days. If you are taking other medications, take this product 2 hours before or after them. Avoid long-term use and consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 6 weeks. Also take 1-2 capsules of enteric-coated Acidophilus Ultra each day. Start progressively or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Our Acidophilus Ultra capsule is protected by an enteric coating. The capsule must survive stomach acids and be delivered to the small intestine in order to work. The beneficial activity of acidophilus capsules without an enteric coating is destroyed in the stomach by stomach acids.
