Vitamin E (d-alpha-Tocopheryl succinate) 67 mg AT (100 I.U.),
Selenium (Selenomethionine) 100 mcg,
Riboflavin 25 mg,
Zinc (Zinc picolinate) 5 mg.
Non medicinal ingredients:
Lutein, Lycopene, Zeaxanthin, Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, Purified water.
Adults: Take 1 capsule daily with meals o r as direc ted by a healthcare practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Consul t a heal thcare prac titioner for use beyond 3 months.
Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you have kidney stones, if you are a tobacco smoker or if symptoms persist or worsen. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
